Today we celebrate justice!

This Beatitude has always been one of my favorites. As a strong – willed type of person, who cares very much about what is right and wrong and about what is fair and not fair in the world around me, in the past this verse has given me a lot of hope and peace. Hope because even though I may not always see justice in the world around me, I can have peace knowing (1). God hates the sin in this world much more than I do and (2). one day when Christ returns, He will make sure the evil doers do not go unpunished. Thank you, Jesus!
