Lie: Unwanted

Hello, friends! Welcome back to the Magnified podcast – Detecting the Lies! In today’s episode (last episode of season 1!) we are jumping into the lie unwanted.

Join Alyssa as she takes you through Isaiah 43, Ephesians 1, and Genesis 34 to discover why our purpose should be found in God and why it should not be placed in other things such as family, friends, and the world around us. You will also learn how to fight against the lifestyle of chasing after acceptance from others and why Satan wishes for us to believe we are unwanted.

Tool Alert: Write down all of who God says you are (you can start in Ephesians 1-2 and Romans 8) on a piece of paper – you can also write “I am” or “You are” in the middle of the paper. Place the piece paper where you can see it or access it every day (I recommend putting it up where you know you will see and read it every day). Repeat the words of truth to remind yourself who you are in Christ whenever you feel the attacks of Satan.
